Venzell Boulware, Financial Aid Administrator. started a football career at an early age of 4 years old. He first played at World Changers Church International Ministries (Pastor Creflo Dollar). He loved the sport and would never leave home without a ball in his hand. When he wasn’t playing football his only other spare time was spent in the beauty salon/events where his mother was the salon owner and worked many long hours. Venzell became apart of the marketing team, passing out flyers, working the door, selling tickets and much more. After playing football for almost every little league program in South Fulton Georgia, Boulware attended Creekside High School in Fairburn, Georgia. Venzell was ranked a four-star lineman in high school and earned over 20 athletic scholarship offers from Division I schools. He eventually made the University of Tennessee his home as a student athlete, played football for the Tennessee Vols as an OL and graduated in three years with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies. After graduating from UT Venzell grad transferred to the University of Miami to complete his collegiate education/football eligibility. He played for the Miami Hurricanes football one year and graduated from UM with a Masters in Liberal Studies.
Venzell worked at Georgia Tech and is currently with the Green Packers as an NFL Football Scout.
He’s learned a lot as an athlete, scout and as a person in the athletic world. He’s also learned a lot in entrepreneurship, philanthropy and is a 3rd generation entrepreneur. Venzell Boulware Foundation, is a non-profit that is a division of Wilbert Manigault International Ministries Inc. a 501c3 charity organization, designed to help young adults, interested in sports, to become positive, intelligent, educated men & women in their families and communities; teach them early in life about how every day, every moment it’s important to make good decisions. The goal is to help young adults be well prepared and informed in fields of recruiting, education, knowing their value and worth, and to believe in their dreams and themselves regardless to their circumstances.
Venzell is the Supervisor over the Financial Aid Administration at Black Girl Beauty School of Careers where he trains and monitors the team to assist students with helping to obtain financial assistance to pursue their beauty careers.
