Black Girl Beauty School of Careers is a culturally driven technical educational institute. This is our Apprenticeship Programs Platform. Here at the Black Girl Beauty "RISE UP" Apprentice Programs all theory is 100% online and all practical OJT (On-The-Job Training) is with an employer. You earn while you learn.
Our mission is to partner with amazing employers to provide high-quality education and on-the-job skills that create awesome future professionals in trades and the arts where they can DETERMINE THEIR OWN SALARY! Our experienced teachers, training partners and staff are dedicated to helping each apprentice reach their full potential, academically, socially, and emotionally. We specialize in Black Hair Care, Black Arts and Building Entrepreneurs in Black Communities with our Beauty Signature Program.
Our vision is to meet every learning style while staying current and innovative as we change lives around the world through the Black Girl Beauty "RISE UP" Signature Beauty Apprentice Programs, while offering traditional programs to those who want the in-person school education. These high-quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs are being offered across the country where candidates can learn & earn at the same time while becoming licensed locally and nationally.

During your onboarding process, we will seek all the necessary funding opportunities that are available to you. Through the Valor Act, eligible veterans can access financial assistance, educational assistance, career counseling, and job placement services, ensuring a smooth transition into civilian employment.
Regardless of if you're attending our traditional campus or apprentice programs, we are here to guide you to receive the financial assistance needed. Financial assistance is available to help traditional students, active apprentices and Employer Training Partners with various costs like tuition, fees, supplies, food, housing, and transportation to and from your supplemental instruction classroom.
Financial assistance varies. Depending on your circumstances, state and chosen program, there are several types of financial assistance/scholarships you might be eligible for. As part of your onboarding process you will be scheduled with our Financial Assistance navigator to see what programs might work for you.
